How it started
Aging well was birthed out of my love of taking care of seniors. Ever since I was young I always loved to be around the older people in my life. I remember being a young child with playful cousins and laughter, but at the end of the day my heart was being at the table with my aunts, uncles, and grandparents. There was just something about the wisdom that they had that I wanted to learn from.
